SIGNATURE FOR THE ETOILE RESEARCH CENTER
On December 16, 2009, Paul Castel (Chief Executive of the Lyon Public Hospitals Group) signed the land purchase agreement for the Bioparc plot which is set to host the ETOILE Center.
The GCS ETOILE consortium is currently in the last phase of it tenders for operating partners as part of a public-private partnership.
The construction permit could well be filed and granted in 2010, with expected delivery in 2013 and commissioning in 2014.
